Healthy Drinks Without Milk/Dairy Products For Detoxification

Smoothies are complete breakfast,but many people dont like milk or are allergic to milk /dairy that is commonly termed as milk protein allergy.Here are the recipes of healthy drinks without milk especially for them.

1. Beetroot Carrot Smoothie

Beetroot and carrot are rich source of vitamin A and antioxidants that helps in  blood purification.

Ingredients:

1 Beetroot
1 Carrot
2 ice cubes

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients  except lemon juice and blend it well.Once done add lemon juice and  honey and give a stir, you can keep in Refrigerator and drink .

2.Detox Water

Refreshing mint and lime together rejevunates our mornings.Drink 1 glass of detox water early morning

Ingredients:

2 to 3 Slices of lemon
5 to 6 leaves of mint

Preparation:

Mix everything in 1/2 litre of water and keep it in Refrigerator. Kick start your day with this detox water and you will feel rejevunated .

3.Spinach Mint Smoothie

This is a green smoothie which is rich in antioxidants and is anti -inflammatory and also vitamins.Mint calms and soothes your skin

Ingredients:

5 spinach leaves
5 mint leaves
2 banana(Freezed)
3 icecubes
Water /Coconut water
1 small piece of ginger (You can skip if you don't like ginger)

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients and blend well .Add water/Coconut water as per the required consistency.You can refrigerate and then drink

4.Vegan Celery mint smoothie:

This is a detoxification drink ,Green Smoothie,Actually it tastes of green sweet pani which you get in panipuri.

Ingredients:

1 stalk of celery
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
1/2 bunch of mint leaves
Small piece of ginger
Small portion of coconut water or grated coconut
2 t spoon of honey
 1 t spoon of lemon juice
2 ice cubes

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients  except lemon juice and blend it well.Once done add lemon juice and  honey and give a stir, you can keep in Refrigerator and drink .
